Refund policy

We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components may not be approved for return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing Procedure

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification regarding approval or rejection will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and customs duties are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an incorrect or defective shipment.

Exchanges & Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue. Eligible replacements or exchanges will be arranged promptly after verification.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is caused by a fulfillment error or defective merchandise. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking confirmation.
